Amazing $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop Game Master's Fantasy
After a short availability earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned with an encore that lasts through early December. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by a specialized software company over the years, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. And there are multiple package options available here.
Primary Feature
The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.
An imaginative landscape chart generated in the CC3+ software platform.
Package Levels
Entry Level
The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Intermediate Package
The eight-item bundle starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: combat arenas, underground complexes, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. You can even design character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale supports charitable organizations. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief. Package customization options appear near the page top, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. There's also an "Adjust Donation" drop-down immediately below, allowing you to adjust how much of your donation goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
