Law enforcement have released alarming video illustrating a driver performing hazardous skidding techniques on a roundabout during an unauthorized car meet, placing spectators at significant danger of harm.

A 23-year-old from Southampton was given a jail term of 27 weeks, deferred for 12 months, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.
In addition, the judge issued a 12-month driving ban and ordered unpaid work along with a behavioral course.

As stated by police officials, the video was filmed at an illegal automobile gathering in Portsmouth on 28 December 2024, featuring the individual driving a pink BMW.

A police sergeant commented: “Local people, drivers and our roads policing teams have had their fill with these groups of drivers thoughtlessly taking over streets and car parks and we will not tolerate it.”
He added: “These events are not only a complete nuisance, but they also place themselves and uninvolved individuals at risk of severe harm.”
He finished: “We will continue to prosecute these drivers and I trust these latest incidents serve as a caution: you will face consequences.”
